Reviews
Negative: Simpson and Brown caused Ines Herrera to fall 30 feet from a bridge, electrocuted her, and used underhanded legal techniques to avoid responsibility.

Summary of Review by Ines Herrera

Ines Herrera has had a harrowing experience with Simpson and Brown, a construction company. On two separate occasions, she fell 30 feet from a bridge being constructed with tax dollars and was electrocuted by a generator attached to an industrial-sized heater.

Negative Experiences

Her review highlights several negative experiences with the company. Firstly, she claims that their attorney used underhanded techniques to avoid taking responsibility for the accident. These included not providing her with medical findings and threatening to use COVID-19 to prevent witnesses and people of interest from testifying.

Secondly, the company left her homeless on the street after she woke up from her coma. They also cost her her full-time job at Walmart and did not pay a single medical bill out of the hundreds of thousands of dollars spent by taxpayers for their mistake.

Thirdly, she alleges that Simpson and Brown were warned multiple times to close the construction site to the public but refused to do so, almost killing her twice.

Legal Action

Ines Herrera has taken legal action against the company and has urged others to check David Chaverri V. Simpson and Brown to see the situation for themselves.
