Air Source Heat Pumps
In recent years, Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) have become increasingly efficient, offering an excellent alternative to traditional heating systems. While modern condensing boilers have an efficiency of 90-95%, ASHP can provide up to 400% efficiency. This means that for every 1kw of power used, an ASHP can produce over 4kw of heat, making it a highly efficient and environmentally sustainable option.
Gas Services
If your Gas Boiler is over 14 years old, it's recommended by Gas Safe that you consider replacement. A new boiler will not only be more efficient but also more reliable. As Vaillant Mastertech approved engineers, we offer up to a 10-year warranty on Vaillant boilers, ensuring peace of mind for our clients.
Oil Services
Regular servicing of Oil boilers is essential to maintain a clean burn and prevent sooting up, which can rapidly cause problems. At GR Heating Ltd, we offer servicing, repairs, and maintenance for Oil boilers, ensuring they remain in optimal condition.
Underfloor Heating
Underfloor heating is a very efficient and comfortable way to heat your home. It is particularly suitable for renewable heat sources due to its lower input heat requirement of 40-50 degrees. With overlay boards of 16 to 20mm that can be overlaid on existing flooring, there's no need for concrete beds, and the system can be quickly installed and ready for use.

Lack of Communication and Poor Workmanship
Several reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with G R Heating's communication and workmanship. Ronnie Shephard, for instance, reports that the company failed to respond to his calls and messages regarding a faulty fan error code in his central heating boiler. Alan Somerville similarly criticizes the company for poor installation, including directing the exhaust towards an old stone wall and failing to insulate the outside drainage pipe. He also complains about the lack of response to his messages, despite the boiler still being under guarantee.
Mixed Experiences with Service

No-Show and Unprofessional Behavior
