OVERALL EXPERIENCE
Tufties is a popular salon with both positive and negative reviews. While some reviewers had an excellent experience, others were disappointed with the service they received.
TECHNICAL ISSUES
Kareline Bull gave the salon 1 star, citing a poorly done manicure with rough edges and varnish to the sides of the nails. Rachel Duffy, on the other hand, praised the salon's attention to detail and helpful advice on choosing treatments.
COMMUNICATION ISSUES
R.K. was disappointed when they were not booked in with their preferred stylist, Sky, despite booking online. Andrew Anne had issues with the communication during their gel nails appointment, stating that they were not asked if they liked their hair or if they wanted any additional services.
POOR SERVICE
Maddy C. booked an appointment as a birthday treat but felt that the experience was awkward and that they were in the way of the hairdresser. They also did not get the results they wanted, citing poor communication and lack of guidance on styling their hair.
HIGH-PRESSURE SALES
