Brian MacMahon, LL.B., senior partner, graduated from Queen's University, Belfast in 1977 and has been a valuable member of the firm since then. With over 35 years of experience, Brian has developed extensive knowledge and expertise in all aspects of residential, commercial, and agricultural conveyancing. As an authority in estate planning, he advises on Wills, Powers of Attorney, Tax Planning, and Probate.

Francis Redmond, LL.B., another senior partner, graduated from Queen's University, Belfast in 1979. With more than 25 years of experience as a lawyer, Francis has honed his skills in the Civil and Criminal Courts. He is highly regarded for his expertise in acting on behalf of clients who have been injured in accidents, whether at work or on the road. Additionally, Francis is a respected authority on medical negligence claims, as well as criminal law.

Roisin Cross, LL.B., solicitor and a key member of our conveyancing team, graduated from Queen's University, Belfast in 1983 with an Honour's Degree in Law. Roisin has nearly 25 years of experience in private practice and specialises in property transactions, including Residential Conveyancing, Mortgages, Co-Ownership, Commercial Lease transactions, and Private Tenancies. Roisin also excels in Probate matters, Contentious Estates, drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and applications to the Office of Care and Protection.

Katherine Holland, LL.B., solicitor, joined the firm in 2005 after graduating from Queen's University, Belfast with a First Class Honours Bachelor of Laws. With over 10 years of experience, Katherine specialises in residential, agricultural, and commercial conveyancing.

Maire MacMahon, LL.B., solicitor, joined the firm in 1996 after qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1982 and practising probate and property law with a London firm. Maire specialises in private client work with a particular interest in elderly client law and handles areas such as Wills, Probate and the Administration of Estates, Enduring Power of Attorney, Office of care and Protection, Nursing Home fees, and Inheritance Tax Planning.

Jason McLaren, LL.B., solicitor, joined the firm in 1994 and completed his apprenticeship in 1996. Jason specialises in Civil Ligation, Criminal Law, Debt Recovery, Commercial Litigation, together with Property and Boundary Disputes.

Kevin McElduff, LL.B., solicitor, graduated from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown in 2001 with a Bachelor of Law Degree. Kevin joined Doris & MacMahon in 2001 and has over 10 years of Litigation experience. Kevin specialises in Matrimonial Law, including Separation Agreements, divorce proceedings, Children welfare, and Custody Issues. He also specialises in Criminal and Civil Litigation and, in particular, Personal Injury Claims.

Michael Redmond, LL.B., solicitor, is a skilled and experienced general practice solicitor who qualifed from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and joined Doris & MacMahon Solicitors in 2017. Michael specialises in the areas of: residential conveyancing, Wills and Probate, the Administration of Estates, Enduring Power of Attorney, commercial lease transactions, and Contentious Probate.
