Martin and Green is a renowned family-run business situated in the heart of Castle Douglas, South West Scotland. Established in 1981 by Ian Martin and Allan Green, the company has built a solid reputation for delivering top-notch workmanship across a broad spectrum of building services. Over the years, the company has expanded its operations while maintaining a loyal customer base and a stellar reputation that extends beyond the region, having completed projects as far as Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Dundee.

In 2011, Martin and Green moved to new premises, a spacious two-acre site in the town that features a state-of-the-art 300m2 workshop. This new location allows us to store a wide range of materials indoors and manufacture timber frame panels for new builds and extensions. With over thirty years of experience in house building, major renovations, and extensions, our team of expert tradespeople is well-equipped to guide clients through stressful times with care and attention.
