Nursery Reviews: A Mixed Bag of Experiences
Unsatisfactory Experience
The first review by Ash Coco Cookies shares an unfortunate experience at Bright Star nursery. Their daughter was enrolled for only two weeks and experienced wet nappies on two occasions. The staff seemed unapproachable, and the parents were not informed about their daughter's day or her meals. A billing issue added to their frustration, leading them to remove their daughter from the nursery.
Positive Feedback
Tom Lisseter's review, on the other hand, is overwhelmingly positive. His daughter has been attending Bright Star for six months, and he is extremely satisfied with the staff's kindness, consideration, and honesty. He appreciates their effort in making the nursery a happy place for children and has complete trust in the staff.
Negative Feedback
Claire Marie's review echoes Ash Coco Cookies' dissatisfaction. Her son attended the nursery for 18 months, but she found the staff to be unfriendly and uncommunicative. She was not informed about her son's activities or meals, and the nursery lacked a system to log progress each day. Her son's improvement in speech was not addressed until she brought it up, and she felt he missed out on six months of learning due to the issues.
More Positive Feedback
Big Earn's review is another positive one. His daughter Lexi attended the nursery from one year old to nearly five years old. He found the staff to be brilliant, caring, and supportive, especially Hayley, Tracey, and Nicola. The nursery was hygienic and well-run, with Julie and Mandy in the office being accommodating and helpful.
Final Positive Review
Vicky Bewick's review is brief but positive. Her daughter loves the nursery and has been attending since she was 10 months old. The staff are helpful and friendly, making it a great experience for both her and her daughter.
