Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction
Frame Homes received a mixed response in terms of service quality and customer satisfaction. Some customers were extremely pleased with the service they received, praising the company's professionalism and attention to detail. For instance, Tom Calder gave a 5-star rating, expressing his satisfaction with the overall experience and the quality of the timber frame provided. Similarly, Paul Moore and Colin Starborough also rated the company 5 stars, appreciating the excellent service and the pleasant staff, particularly Nick Adams and Tom Dodd.
On the other hand, a few customers had less favorable experiences. Adam Sweet and Kieren Moyle both gave 1-star ratings, expressing dissatisfaction with the design and construction process. They felt that the company did not prioritize quality and were unhelpful in resolving issues that arose during the project.
Design and Construction Issues
Some customers encountered issues with the design and construction of their homes. Adam Sweet mentioned difficulties with air sealing and the placement of service battens, which made it challenging to fix plasterboard. He also felt that the company did not deliver a passive house as initially discussed. Kieren Moyle was unhappy with the quality of the roof trusses, finding them to be rushed and covered in staples.
In contrast, customers who were satisfied with the service did not report any significant design or construction issues. They were pleased with the final product and the process as a whole.
