Our principal, David Fleming, has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise, having worked on numerous projects from commencement to completion, incorporating feasibility studies, production of detailed Planning and Building Regulation submission drawings, and documentation/specifications suitable for obtaining competitive tenders.

Our Services

Our comprehensive services include on-site supervision and the issue of certification for bank "draw downs", mortgage purposes, and general certification. We also offer fully comprehensive Protect and Indemnify Insurance, with a standard coverage of 1 million, and additional insurance available for projects exceeding 1 million. Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients, ensuring that their projects are completed to the highest standards and within the required timeframe.
