Poor Quality and Unpleasant Stay
Several reviewers shared their disappointing experiences at this hotel. Dirty and Uncomfortable Rooms were a common complaint, with worn-out mattresses, flat pillows, and poor decoration. The rooms were also described as Dirty and in need of renovation. Additionally, the toilet and shower facilities were not up to par, with no soap or hand-drying facilities, and a shower room door with a beveled glass window that did not provide adequate privacy.
Rude Staff were another major issue, with one reviewer describing an Unpleasant and Rude receptionist. Another reviewer complained about the Lack of People Skills among the hotel staff.
Parking and Location seemed to be a problem, with some reviewers stating that the hotel was not honest about the available parking spaces. However, the hotel's close location to the seafront and amenities was a plus.
