The Civil Engineering Practice, a reputable and prosperous Civil Engineering Consultancy, has been serving clients with distinction from its location at the western edge of Brighton and Hove, a vibrant city on the picturesque south coast of England. Established in 1993 by Gerry Waller, the Practice has grown in strength and expertise under the current leadership of directors Stuart Magowan and Steve Doughty, both of whom joined the firm in 2000.

Recent Projects
*Sussex County Cricket Club*: We are proud to have been involved in the phased redevelopment of the Sussex County Cricket Club Ground, which was granted planning permission on 4 March 2020. Our involvement throughout the planning process included initial consultations and scoping works for transport, highways, and drainage.
*Highgrove Farm, Bosham, West Sussex*: This proposed development of 301 residential properties, including 90 affordable family homes, is located four miles west of Chichester on the A259 Main Road. The development, which is on land north of Highgrove Farm, will also feature a community village hall, tennis courts, and an abundance of public open space.
*Sandpiper Walk, West Wittering*: Completed in 2016, this residential development in West Wittering, West Sussex, comprises 50 residential homes with associated access, parking, landscaping, and open space. Sandpiper Walk was the first development in West Sussex to have a SuDS System that is shared between multiple properties, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable practices.
