Excellent Service and Quality Suits
Many customers have expressed their satisfaction with the service and quality of suits provided by Yorkshire Menswear. The staff, particularly Chris and Peter, have been described as friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. A Disappointing Experience
However, one customer had a less than satisfactory experience with the shop. Despite the staff's friendly service, the customer found the suit they purchased to be too tight and uncomfortable. The shop's owner, Chris, was unapologetic and blamed the customer for the sizing issue, which was upsetting for the customer. Furthermore, the shop's practice of recording customer audio without their knowledge was considered to be creepy and potentially illegal under GDPR laws.
