Customer Reviews for Home Design Centre
Design and Installation
- A customer had a kitchen renovation done by Home Design Centre in 2016 and was pleased with the overall design and installation. However, they noticed some poor craftsmanship, such as improper cuts of the boards under the kitchen counter and incomplete covering of the back of the boards for the counters/cupboards, exposing the wall.
Electrical Collaboration
- The same customer was disappointed with the collaboration between Home Design Centre and KB Electricals. They found wires hanging loosely and incorrectly located, and a plug socket right above the fan of the recirculating extractor fan, which they deemed unsafe.
Excellent Quality and Service
- A customer had a complete new kitchen designed and installed by Home Design Centre and was extremely pleased with the quality of the units and the work done.
Custom Kitchen Design
- A customer visited the showroom in August 2016 and was very happy with the staff's help in designing an ivory gloss kitchen with an island, new worktops, extractor, backsplash, and flooring throughout the kitchen, utility, hallway, living room, and conservatory. They also appreciated the additional work done, such as boarding and plastering the conservatory ceiling and fitting new radiators.
Poor Workmen Behavior
- A customer had a negative experience with the builders from Home Design Centre who were rude, ignored greetings, swore, were very loud, and parked their cars outside the customer's house. The customer has disability issues and found the builders' behavior unacceptable.
