Our Story
Alpheton Hall Barns has been part of our family since 1940, and we, Carol and Nic Willcocks, took over the reins in 1991. Having got married in the beautiful Alpheton Church and held our reception in the main South Barn, we realized the potential of the barns as a wedding venue. Our aim has always been to preserve the character and fabric of the barns as close to their original state as possible, while also providing a versatile and beautiful space for couples to create their dream wedding.
Our Venue
Our magnificent timber-framed barns, set in approximately 25 acres of grassland and woodland, offer a unique and romantic setting for your special day. The venue includes outdoor spaces for your ceremony, confetti, and photographs, as well as outdoor games and evening food options. Our ceremony barn, the West Barn, is a beautiful setting for your vows, while the South Barn provides ample space for your reception, dinner, and dancing. With efficient heating, the barns can be enjoyed all year round.
