Hair Colour and Quality
The reviews highlight mixed experiences with hair colour and quality. One reviewer, Cayetana Wilcox, was extremely dissatisfied with the bright tomato red colour she received, which was not what she had asked for. She had to use Head & Shoulders shampoo multiple times to strip away the colour.
