Our Services

At Neville Engineering, we pride ourselves in supplying highly accurate and detailed parts used in Toolmaking and production environments. Our services include:

• 5 Axis Wire Erosion: Utilising our Charmilles 240cc Wire Eroder and Cad Cam Software, we produce complex and intricate parts and profiles in a wide variety of materials with little distortion and heat generation, maintaining a high degree of accuracy and surface finish. Our wire erosion process enables us to produce parts from pre-hardened Toolsteels, eliminating the need for grinding of punches and dies for press tools and extrusion dies. We also work with exotic materials that are difficult to manufacture by other conventional methods.
• CNC Milling: Our Hurco VM4 CNC Milling Machines, equipped with a 4th Axis, enable us to produce multi-sided machining of components in one set-up. We specialise in the production of small precision parts, whether it is a one-off prototype or batch work. Our extensive fixturing and tooling allow us to produce extremely accurate and detailed components.
• CNC Turning: Equipped with two CNC Lathes, we can manufacture highly accurate engineered products in both low and high volume batches. Our expertise in CNC turning ensures that our clients receive parts that meet their precise specifications.
• Surface Grinding & Cylindrical Grinding: We offer grinding of highly accurate parts to within 0.01mm. Hardened and soft materials are ground to produce various components for press tools, specialist applications, and toolmaking.
• Toolmaking: Our team of experienced engineers can offer complete design and manufacture of small press tools, extrusion dies, and prototype parts with the aid of AutoCad Inventor and our Cad Cam Software. Our technical expertise and attention to detail ensure that our clients receive tooling that meets their specific requirements.

Speciality Production: With over 30 years of experience in engineering, we specialise in producing very small parts used in Watchmaking and Medical Industries. We also manufacture parts for custom and vintage race cars and motorcycles, catering to the unique requirements of our clients.
