Gwynfryn Guest House is a luxurious accommodation provider situated in the quaint village of Tavernspite, Pembrokeshire, Wales. Nestled along the B4314 Pendine to Templeton road, our establishment stands on the border between Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, offering a unique blend of coastal and mountain views. With a rich history dating back to the monks of Whitland Abbey, Gwynfryn Guest House provides an idyllic getaway for travellers seeking comfort and elegance.

Tavernspite was once a vital part of the mail coach route that connected south Wales to Pembrokeshire 200 years ago. Today, this picturesque village remains a perfect base for exploring the maze of byroads and scenic landscapes that surround it. The inn called Tafarn Ysbyty, the original building in Tavernspite, has been replaced by our guest house, which embodies the same warm hospitality that welcomed weary pilgrims and travellers in the past.
