We offer a wide range of services, including precision engineering, CNC turning and milling, electro discharge machining, CAD/CAM, assembly, and inspection. From one-off prototypes to full production runs, we are fully equipped to manufacture complex components from exotic super alloys, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, and other materials.
Our precision engineering capabilities include 3D and 4-axis CNC milling, CNC turning, wire erosion, spark erosion, grinding (surface and cylindrical), conventional milling and turning, jigs and fixtures, pantograph engraving, and assembly. Our temperature-controlled inspection department is equipped with a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), granite table with Microhite height gauge, shadow graph, and gauges, all fully calibrated to UKAS standards.
