McWilliam Lippe Architects, previously known as Lippe Architects & Planners, is a well-established architecture firm that has recently undergone a transition. We are excited to announce that the business of Lippe Architects and Planners has been acquired by local business RJM Architectural Design, owned by Ross and Julie McWilliam. With this acquisition, we are now operating under the name McWilliam Lippe Architects, combining the expertise and experience of both teams to provide an even broader range of services to our clients and associate professionals.
Our firm has a rich history, having been in operation for over 35 years. During this time, we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality architecture solutions that are sensitive to the local vernacular and environment. Our Team
At McWilliam Lippe Architects, we have a highly skilled and experienced team of professionals, including Ross McWilliam, our Managing Director, who holds a BSC qualification in Architectural Technology and has over a decade of experience working with Willie Lippe. Our Financial Director, Julie McWilliam, brings extensive knowledge and expertise in managing the financial aspects of the business.
Our team also includes William Lippe, a Consultant Architect and former Managing Director of Lippe Architects & Planners, who has over 35 years of experience in the field. His expertise will continue to be a valuable asset to the company during the transition phase and beyond.
Additionally, we have a team of Associate Planning Consultants, Architects, and Architectural Technologists, all of whom bring their unique skills and expertise to every project. He mentioned that McWilliam was brilliant before the merger, but now, they have to constantly chase up for information, and sometimes never receive a response. The customer had to waste the whole of 2023 for answers despite never being behind with payment. However, the drawings produced were of a good standard, which is the reason for the 2-star rating.
