Safety Concerns and Disappointing Experiences
Several reviewers have expressed concerns about the quality of service provided by this company. One customer, Simon Lawson, had a dangerous encounter with a driver who nearly hit him on a pedestrianised road in Birmingham city centre. The driver then swore at him, leading Simon to question the company's standards for cleaning and maintenance.
Another reviewer, Benjamin Davies, had a disappointing experience with the installation of an electric car charger. He was told that the installation was poor and dangerous by another electrician, and despite emailing the company to report the issue, he did not receive a satisfactory solution.
