Our directors bring together over 100 years of experience in the construction industry, leading a dedicated team of trusted employees and subcontractors who take pride in their work. Our directors' diverse expertise allows us to effectively deliver building and refurbishment projects of all scales and complexities across the county.

Our Directors

*Kevin Waddison, Company Director*

Kevin is an experienced quantity surveyor who has spent his entire career in the construction industry. As a company director for over 20 years, he specialises in finding sites and liaising with clients and experts to bring projects to the point of commencement. Kevin enjoys birdwatching, nature, travelling, and sports in his spare time. He is passionate about singing and can sometimes be found on the golf course.

*Gary Waddison, Company Director*

Gary has been a company director for over 20 years and serves as Coastal Construction's site and contracts manager. He manages subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they work within budget and timescales, and liaises with clients during construction. In his free time, Gary enjoys spending time with his family on their boat on the Broads in Ely and participating in outdoor sports.

Coastal Construction takes on contracting projects directly for clients, executing their plans for development to enhance their image. Whether you're at the beginning of your development journey or further along, we're here to help.

*Site Purchasing*

Coastal Construction is always looking to purchase land for new projects or to develop existing properties. We work closely with our clients to ensure their vision is realised through our services, and we offer a finder's fee for any referred land or properties that we decide to purchase.

*Referral Scheme*

We are proud to have been long-term regional partners with Norwich City Football Club. Our family has been NCFC season ticket holders since 1988, and we share many core principles of business, especially in terms of ethics and doing things the right way. Coastal Construction has completed projects for the football club and several players, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with NCFC in the future.
