Brian Helps is a sole trader with a wealth of experience in the construction industry, having established his business in 1984 after working for national construction companies on building and civil engineering projects throughout the UK since 1967. Our business offers Building Design, Estimating, Quantity Surveying, and Project Management services to both domestic and commercial clients, including speculative housing and commercial property developments, building contractors, and subcontractors throughout southern UK. We take pride in providing a personalised service that guides clients through the process of achieving their desired goals by offering the best advice, improving ideas that could result in better value for money, and providing guidance on controlling the financial aspects of their projects throughout the construction process.
