How We Work
Upon receipt of an enquiry, we invite our clients to our offices in Muswell Hill or, in some circumstances, we can visit them at their home or place of work. The initial consultation is at our expense, regardless of the time spent, as this is crucial in establishing whether we can assist with our clients' needs and objectives. We also charge a fee of 195 for any mortgage submitted, which is only payable once the Mortgage Offer of Advance has been issued.
