Pennine Ways is a Local Estate Agents based in the North Pennines, an area of England known for its outstanding natural beauty and designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Often referred to as "England's Last Wilderness, " our business has been an integral part of the community since its establishment in 1991. We specialise in Sales, Lettings, Auctions, Holiday Cottages, Property Management & Renovations across our two offices located in Alston and Haltwhistle. Our dedicated team members live and work in the area, and this deep connection allows us to provide unparalleled expertise and personalised service to every client.

Our Business Hours

We are open during our normal business hours, which are weekdays from 9am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. Our telephone lines are available weekdays from 9.30am to 4.30pm and Saturdays from 9am to 12.30pm. Alternatively, please feel free to send us an email.
