Scatchards Electrical Engineers & Contractors (SEEC) is a family-run business based near Thirsk, North Yorkshire, with over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry. Our founder, Mike Scatchard, has been a fully qualified electrician for 25 years and has been immersed in the building, plumbing, and electrical trades since childhood. We are proud of our long history of delivering quality electrical services to home-owners, farmers, businesses, and industrial customers across North Yorkshire.

As an Approved Contractor member of the NICEIC, all of the work we carry out is covered by their assurance of quality. We are also listed in the Electrical Safety Register list of approved contractors and are a member of the IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology). Installations are always registered under the Part 'P' scheme if they are required to be and are notifiable.
