Service Issues and Disappointment
The Beautbox experience has been marred by numerous issues, including poor communication and reliability. Clients such as Izadora Schoninger and Nikos Tritsikakis experienced cancelled bookings without prior notice. Moreover, Chanel Haifley and Lauren Bradley had negative experiences with their nail treatments, with Haifley's gel manicure and pedicure lasting only a day and Bradley's manicure having issues with cuticle work and colour selection.
Positive Feedback
However, there have been some positive experiences reported by clients. Janice Mclean and Eszter M. had great experiences with their waxing and pedicure treatments, respectively. The staff at Beautbox were described as friendly and chatty, making clients feel at ease. Additionally, Spread It Plastering, a nail enthusiast, has been a regular client for six months and appreciates the salon's atmosphere and expertise in shellac treatments.
