Centrespace Design

Centrespace Design, a structural, civil, and temporary works engineering consultancy, was established in 2010 by Daniel Ball. Our headquarters is located in the heart of London, from where we serve a diverse range of clients across London, the Midlands, Cambridgeshire, and the South. Our team of seasoned professionals offers a complete engineering design service, complemented by state-of-the-art 3D design capabilities.

Recent Projects

Our portfolio includes an array of projects, spanning across residential, commercial, and education sectors. Some of our notable residential projects include Greythatch, Northshore, Goring, North Oxford, Bix Farm, Brendon Lodge, Shiplake House, Bransenose Farm, Bourne St. (Chelsea), Daintrees, Grays Lodge, Merlins Knighton Mill, Walthamstow, Cleos Place (Peckham), Rookwood House, Isis Ceramics (Charlbury), Denham, and Woodstock Road.

In the commercial sector, we have delivered successful projects such as Bremont HQ, Bottomline, Spellman Street, Saxon House, Croxley Park, Mulberry Regent St., Royal Navy, The Nonet, Warriner School, Cresta House, Intact Wimbledon Chase, and 103 - 111 Croydon Rd.

Our education projects encompass Danesfield School and Warriner School. We are also currently engaged in the Holme Grange School project.

Climate Positive

At Centrespace Design, we are committed to minimising our carbon footprint. We have partnered with Ecologi, an environmental organisation that facilitates the funding of carbon offset projects and tree planting worldwide. This partnership enables us to contribute to real climate action and support some of the best climate solutions across the globe.

Humanitarian Work

We are passionate about designing spaces that directly impact health, education, and wellbeing. We regularly donate our time and services to NGOs, communities, and organisations that seek to improve quality of life through informed design. Our humanitarian projects include the Naidi Community Hall, The Hive Mind Project, Reading Technical College, Slinky Playground, Savudrodro Community Hall, and Naweni Vivili.

Local Sponsors

We actively engage with the local community and are the proud sponsors of Bracknell FC under 12's. We also participate in the European Industry Skills Exchange Program, where we lead workshops and provide mentorship to undergraduates at universities across the country. Creativity is at the heart of what we do, and we strive to share ideas, raise standards, and support the next generation of engineers.
