Our Principal Dentist: Dr. Teresa Kleinhans BchD (Pret), BSc Hon (Pret)
Dr. Kleinhans qualified in 1994 at the University of Pretoria in South Africa. She also holds a BSc in anatomy and histology from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa. After working for a year in South Africa, she moved to the UK, gaining experience in Norwich before establishing her own practice in 2005. Dr. Kleinhans is the current sole owner of Wensum Dental Practice. She is happily married and has two sons attending university. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, silversmithing, golf, travelling, and walking her two dogs along the Norfolk coast. Dr. Kleinhans is proud to be a pioneer of Invisible Braces in Norfolk.

Registered patients requiring emergency dental treatment outside of our opening hours can call our emergency line (01328 862363) for more information and guidance on obtaining assistance. Our Practice plan patients can access a worldwide service to help them while they are on holiday.

Wensum Dental Practice is located at 65 Norwich Road, Fakenham, Norfolk, NR21 8BA. Our regular opening hours are from Monday to Thursday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. From 1st October 2023, our practice will be closed on Fridays.
