J.J. Haughey Solicitors Ltd is a reputable family-run practice with a rich history that spans over five decades. Established in 1972 by JJ Haughey Solicitor, the practice has been serving the local Armagh community and surrounding areas with a comprehensive range of legal services. Our firm is located in College Street, Armagh, and is currently managed by the second generation of Haugheys, Paul and Peter.

Paul Haughey qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and has since gained extensive experience in representing clients in Family, Criminal, and Civil Courts. He is a Solicitor Advocate and Mediator, and is a member of various panels, including the Childrens Order Panel, Guardian ad Litem Agency panel, and the International Childrens Law Panel. Paul specialises in Child Abduction proceedings and is known for his expertise in Family Law matters relating to children and divorce ancillary relief.

Peter Haughey qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and handles all aspects of the services provided by the practice. He has a particular interest and specialisation in Conveyancing and Property, as well as Wills, Probate, and the administration and planning of estates.

Joan Currie is an experienced solicitor who joined the practice in 2006. She is qualified to represent clients in Family, Criminal, and Civil Courts and is a Solicitor Advocate trained in Collaborative Law. Joan is a member of the Childrens Order Panel and Guardian ad Litem Agency panel, and she specialises in Family Law matters relating to children and divorce ancillary relief.
