Unsatisfactory Experience
Several reviewers had a poor experience with Higgins Hollywood Deezly (HHD) solicitors. Pauline Ferran was left "traumatised" after speaking with Shane and felt misled about what she could and couldn't do. Gerry Finn engaged HHD to undertake urgent legal work but paid a deposit of 990 only to have the work not completed. He described the customer care as the worst he had encountered.
Praise for Individual Staff
On the other hand, several reviewers praised individual staff members for their professionalism, diligence, and compassionate service. Patricia Connolly appreciated the hard work and dedication of Mr. Deezley, who successfully handled her case and provided sound counsel. MagicEye Design recommended Mr. John O'Kelly, who offered "exemplary professionalism and a compassionate service". Other reviewers praised Mr. Higgins, Mr. O'Kelly, and Naomi Woods for their approachability, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
Mixed Experience
A few reviewers had mixed experiences. Chris Ulster described HHD as "incompetent, unprofessional and downright farcical" after feeling ignored and experiencing poor service.
