Our History

Central Heating Services was established in 1986 to carry out installation, service, and repair of gas appliances, heating systems, and associated equipment for private home owners, private letting agents, and landlords' residences. The company has grown from a small, competent company in the domestic heating trade, to an exceptional leader in its field.

Our Services

We specialise in complete central heating design and installation, central heating repairs and maintenance, 24/7 system upgrades, boiler replacements, system upgrades, energy-saving installation and design, and renewables technologies including solar thermal and solar PV, air and ground source heat pumps, biomass, and micro CHP.

Our Commitment

Central Heating Services guarantee all work carried out and offer a full service support package backed up with a 24 hours a day breakdown service. We are GAS SAFE registered (no.4620) and are ISO 9001:2008 accredited for our quality service management system, ISO 14001 for our environmental and 18001 for our health & Safety management systems.

Meeting Customer Needs

We maintain over 81,254 private homeowners, local authority, and housing association customers with an all-inclusive three-star service and maintenance contract. Our 24-hour call centre handles on average 500 calls a day, with enquiries ranging from quotes for central heating and boiler replacements, to breakdown and maintenance calls from our private homeowner, local authority, and housing association partners.

Quality Assurance

Each job is tracked and managed professionally from the first phone call through to its satisfactory completion; all installation work and approximately 10% of maintenance work carried out is subject to quality audit checks by our quality control inspectors. Your annual service can be booked and confirmed online at your convenience.

Environmental Policy

We actively promote energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions through the installation of renewable energy systems and energy-efficient boilers.
