Although we are no longer able to offer on-site support, we continue to provide remote and telephone technical support, as well as workshop services for your PC needs.

With our remote support service, you can simply provide us with your TeamViewer ID and password, and we will take care of the rest. We offer a complete virus removal service, which includes installing some of the most effective antivirus and anti-malware software. We recommend Bullguard Internet Security as your main line of defense, with Malwarebytes as a second line of defense. Good alternatives to Bullguard are Bitdefender and Norton Internet Security. MacAfee (also branded as BT Virus Protect) is also OK but doesn't defend against some forms of malware. If you install MacAfee, it is even more important to install Malwarebytes as well.
