Poor Customer Service and Rude Treatment
Sophia Konstantinos, who gave a 1-star rating, shared a disappointing experience with Seamans Building. She requested a quote for extensive work in her property, but was met with poor customer service. The representative, David, was rude and patronising, asking her why she hadn't used other traders in the past. Sophia accused David of having an issue with talking to a woman, and warned others not to contact the company if they are women.
