Our Expertise
Our highly skilled workforce has many years of experience, working to tight lead times in a variety of materials. We excel in the production of small and medium batches but are equally capable of the manufacture of bespoke parts and prototypes. Although mainly manufacturing to our customers' specifications, we also have a limited in-house design facility. Our team can assist at all stages of manufacture from initial design and material selection through to assembly and surface finishing. We have the capability and reputation of delivering high-quality components and assemblies to a wide range of industries, including bearings, electronics, telecommunications, medical, academic, and renewables.
Our Services
We offer a range of services, including CNC milling with 4th axis capability, CNC turning, manual milling and turning, surface and cylindrical grinding, small lapping facility, repair work, jigs and fixtures, reverse engineering, prototyping/R&D, and assembly. We also liaise with other companies to provide a variety of post-processing and surface finishing, including anodizing, painting, passivating, plating, thread locking and sealing, welding, and engraving.
