Negative Experiences
It would be great if Roofcare phoned, but we can't get hold of them as the number they gave is no longer available, very disappointed. Definitely avoid at all costs. They wrongly suggested that previous work done by another contractor was incorrect and tried to charge to "repair". The work I requested Roofcare to do was done poorly, causing my roof to leak again after 6 weeks. Unbelievably inefficient, unorganised, and a total waste of time. Had 16 different workers turn up at my house this last week from this company, two started the job a week ago and that's without setting foot on the roof and the job has still not been done. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Diabolical! Arrived late to do report for insurance company after storm damage to our roof. The information in the report was wrong resulting in weeks of delays to the repair and further damage to our property. Terrible, do not use. No idea of what customer service is. Never get back to you, never update you. Don't listen. Turn up and then can't do the job because no scaffolding was booked. Have to keep calling them to find out anything. No apology. Had a repair carried out to our roof today, it looks worse now than it did before they started! Complete joke of a company! Had an appt with them for a leaking/broken gutter, between 8am and 1pm, at 1.15 when they hadn't turned up I had to leave for work. My neighbour said they came about 1.45 ish. Do not touch them with a barge pole! It's a shame I can't post a video! but added two taken at about 7pm last night from inside. I had to give 1 star to be able to post this!
