We are delighted to welcome you to our school website. Here, you will find a wealth of information about our wonderful school and the vibrant learning community we strive to create. Christ the King is more than just a school; it is a family, where each member is valued and nurtured. We are committed to providing a holistic education that enables our children to live life to the full and become responsible, caring global citizens. Our "Vow to Wow" curriculum and the excellent provision for pupils' spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development are strengths of our school, as recognized by OFSTED in 2016.
Our Mission
At Christ The King RC Primary School, we are dedicated to serving the parish of Holy Trinity. We believe that education is a collaborative effort, and we work together with families and the community to ensure the development of our children with the love of God at the center of all we do. We are all unique individuals, and our talents and gifts are nurtured in a caring and supportive family environment. Through the love of God, we help each other make a difference in the world we live in. Together, we wonder, believe, shine, and achieve.
Aims of the School
As a voluntary aided Roman Catholic school, our aim is to provide a secure, happy, and Catholic atmosphere within a stimulating and structured environment where children can develop skills, knowledge, and concepts while surrounded by support and co-operation. We value each child as an individual and respect their unique needs, working to help each child enjoy school, find satisfaction and a sense of achievement, and develop a love of learning. We strive to enable each child to realize their potential, develop critical thinking skills, and become responsible and respectful members of the community.

Religious Education
At Christ The King RC Primary School, we follow the Come and See RE programme, which is recommended by the Bishops' Conference of England and Wales. Our clubs include sports, arts and crafts, music, and drama, and are open to all children.
E-Safety
We take the safety of our children very seriously and are committed to ensuring that they are safe and responsible users of technology. We have robust e-safety policies and procedures in place, and provide regular opportunities for our children to learn about the importance of staying safe online.
