Eastabrook Architects, a leading architectural firm based in the heart of the Cotswolds, was established in 1985 by Andrew Eastabrook. With more than three decades of experience and over a thousand projects under our belt, we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality designs that blend traditional techniques with contemporary and innovative styles. Our work is inspired by the beautiful landscapes and buildings in the region, and we specialise in Listed Buildings and traditional Cotswold Houses. However, our portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, from new houses and extensions to mobile camping units, holiday villas, a natural swimming lake, a new factory, housing developments, and even horse racing stables.
Our team of highly skilled professionals includes Ian Lenton and Will Hathaway, both directors of the firm, Grace Mulligan, a talented architect, Erin Jenkins, our interior designer, Tom Lawrence, a part 2 architectural assistant, Andy Lucas, an experienced architectural consultant, Leah Andrews, our office manager, and Alex Lenton, who oversees human resources. Together, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional designs that meet our clients' needs while respecting the environment and the heritage of the buildings we work on.

Recent Projects
Some of our recent projects include:
- Manor Farm, Gloucestershire: A contemporary corrugated metal extension to a 19th Century stone farmers cottage, designed to reflect the agricultural heritage of the building.
- Grade II Listed Cottage, Oxfordshire: A modern extension and alterations to a Grade II Listed cottage, originally built in the 17th Century. This project included a new kitchen and dining area, designed to enhance the character of the cottage.

- Yew Tree House, Gloucestershire: The house is a typical example of early Victorian Cotswold construction with later extensions in the late 19th Century and 20th Century. The project involved a two-storey extension and full refurbishment of the existing building.
- Doctors' Surgery, Stow on the Wold: The surgery was designed to make the best use of the existing contours of the land and to give the appearance of a traditional barn with modern facilities.
- The Paddocks, Gloucestershire: The mass of this new building was reduced by splitting the accommodation into two elements with traditional pitched roofs and gables.
- Horse Racing Stables, Gloucestershire: The design of these new stables in Gloucestershire provides accommodation for 12 horses together with a tack room and staff facilities.
- Rose Cottage, Gloucestershire: A two-storey addition to Rose Cottage in a small village in Gloucestershire. This provides additional living space and a further
