Poor Service and Disappointing Experience
Craig P. and Lionel Lindley both had a negative experience with the company. Craig had arranged for an engineer to attend to a problem with his CCTV but was left waiting after being told it would be the first call of the day. He received a call at 8:50 am saying they had "car trouble" and was not provided with an updated arrival time. Despite phoning again at 9:30 am, he was still not given an estimated time of arrival. Craig felt it was a waste of a booked day off from work and was not offered a waiver of the call-out fee. Lionel also had a poor experience, as he was never contacted after an agreement was made for a quote and a visit to his house. Graham Dale also had a disappointing experience, as he had not received a call back after being advised he would get one over two weeks ago.
