Established in 1981 by a young entrepreneur, David Davies, the business has grown and evolved over the years. From its humble beginnings on Baldwin Street in St Helens Town Centre, the business quickly expanded to a more central location on Barrow Street, with satellite offices in Whiston and Rainford. In the early 90s, the business was acquired by a national building society before being re-launched by David Davies in 1997, growing to have 4 offices and a large team of dedicated local staff. Today, the business is owned by the Mikhail Hotel and Leisure Group and continues to be a trusted name in the estate agency industry.
