In 1995, our founders, Michael Baigent and Orla Kelly, set out to build a practice that would be renowned for its collaborative approach to architecture and engineering. With a shared vision of creating long-term, trusting relationships with clients and partners, the practice has grown over the years to become a respected and award-winning firm.

Our Team

At the heart of our practice are our two directors, Michael Baigent and Orla Kelly. Michael, a Cambridge University graduate, brings over 40 years of experience in the industry, having worked on a wide range of projects from the very large to the very small. Orla, a graduate of University College Dublin, has a strong background in engineering and has engineered several RIBA award-winning buildings throughout her career.
