Disappointing Experiences
Some customers have had a poor time with the company, citing issues with customer service. Richard Bennett gave the lowest rating of 1 star and complained that he was not contacted after being told someone would get back to him about notaire work. Similarly, Czujto Czujto received a quote for selling a flat, but was promptly told that the company would not offer the cheapest price and told to leave. This unhelpful and dismissive approach left Czujto with a very poor view of the company.
Exceptional Service
On the other hand, George Christie had an outstanding experience with the company. He praised the staff for being knowledgeable and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with the sale of his house. George would highly recommend the company to others.
