Welcome to Warwick Builders & Shopfitters, a family-run business with a long-standing heritage in the construction industry. Our Director, Tom Satinet, has been working in the field since 2008, when he joined his father, who has over 35 years of experience, in his business. Before that, Tom gained valuable experience in the IT department of a large, national building company. Although we were originally based in Warwick, we have since moved to our premises near Southam, allowing us to serve a broader range of areas with our professional, knowledgeable service.

At Warwick Builders & Shopfitters, we specialize in three main areas of expertise: commercial building, with clients ranging from Subway to local businesses; renovation and extension of existing buildings, particularly old buildings that require a sensitive touch; and timber frame construction, which we use in new timber frame buildings, extensions, and internal partition work.
