Issues with the Move-Out Process
The reviewer, Laura C., had a terrible experience with Carole during the move-out process. Despite having a great experience with the landlord, the move-out process was marred by unprofessionalism and delays. Specifically, Carole was slow to prepare documents, resulting in a delay of over two weeks, which cost Laura 300.
