Our Services

Our comprehensive range of services includes CNC precision machining, fabrication, TIG welding, and finishing. We operate four aluminium machining centres, along with power presses, rumble finishing, precision re-cut with double mitre, a dedicated tool-room, and assembly bays. Our finishing services include rumble de-burr, anodising, and polyester powder coating. Additionally, we offer sub and final assembly of machined components, allowing our clients to benefit from our in-house capability.

Our Facilities

Our conveniently located premises in Sheffield, just off the M1, are equipped with the latest technology and machinery. Our facilities include CNC milling, double mitre, vibro-deburr, and bespoke finishing, as well as TIG welding, in-house manufacture of precision tooling, final assembly, and bespoke packaging. We also offer stock management services, ensuring that our clients can rely on us to manage their raw material stocks, reducing inventory, logistics, and lead times.
