Poor Experience

My Old Stuff, the author of the review, was frustrated with the company's lack of consideration for pedestrians. They reported that two of the company's vans, with signs written on them, would regularly park on the pavement on the Crooked Mile, forcing people to walk in the busy road to avoid them. This lack of thoughtfulness was particularly problematic for the reviewer's daughter, who had to take her children to school in the area.
