Unsatisfactory Experiences with Weald

Several reviewers have had disappointingly poor experiences with Weald, a company that offers insurance policies. The common thread among these reviews is the lack of responsiveness and professional attitude exhibited by Weald's customer service team.

Unreturned Phone Calls and Emails

Cherry Torrance, James Gibbins, and Keith Stubbs all expressed frustration with Weald's inability to respond to their inquiries. Cherry and James reported that they phoned and emailed multiple times, only to receive no response. Keith stated that he was put on hold for an extended period, and the representative he spoke with seemed uninterested in helping him. Despite leaving messages, no one got back to him.

Policy Document Issues

James Gibbins had a particularly disturbing experience, stating that Weald withheld policy wording documents until the point of claim. This lack of transparency led to the company using fine print to try to void his claim. Keith Stubbs also mentioned that he was not provided with policy wording documents until he requested them, which created inconvenience and uncertainty.

Unsatisfactory Customer Service

Keith Stubbs's review highlights the company's poor professionalism. He reported that the representative he spoke with on the phone seemed incompetent and uninterested in helping him. The representative even shouted his name across the office, which led to Keith feeling undervalued as a customer.

Keith Stubbs initially gave Weald a one-star review, but after the MD of Weald contacted him to address the issue, he revised his review to three stars.
