Welcome to the online home of Will Falconer Architect, a practice dedicated to providing innovative and sustainable architectural solutions for the past seventeen years. Based in North Somerset, we have had the privilege of working on a diverse range of projects, from listed buildings and new houses to residential extensions and commercial properties. Our work has taken us to various locations, including Sedgemoor, South Gloucestershire, Stroud, North Wiltshire, Bath & North East Somerset, Berkshire, and Wandsworth.
At Will Falconer Architect, we believe in creating spaces that not only meet our clients' needs but also stand the test of time. To achieve this, we employ SIPS (Structural Insulated Panel System) timber frame construction for many of our projects. This method provides superior quality at a comparable cost to traditional construction while offering insulation standards far exceeding current regulations.
In our spare time, we nurture a keen interest in 1960s Moulton bicycles and indulge in a less-than-healthy passion for French sports cars of the 1980s. These interests remind us of the importance of blending the old with the new and finding harmony in the contrasting elements.

All responses were completed on a timely basis, and all fees were as stated at the start of the project with no surprises. Peter would definitely use Will's services again.

Zanetta Sloper gave a one-star rating to Will's services. She felt that the service was extremely overpriced, as she asked Will to help design a kitchen extension but it was not possible with the space and boundaries she had. Despite not achieving anything, Will still charged her 1,440.00 for some of his time and a couple of A4 drawings, which left her shocked.
