Our Story
Established in 2008, JM Engineering has quickly grown into one of North Yorkshire's premier engineering and fabrication companies. Although we are a relatively young company, we have a wealth of experience and expertise available from a highly trained and motivated team. From our extensive and well-equipped workshop, we are able to offer a complete engineering solution from the initial concept, to design and manufacture, through to the installation and commissioning.
Our Services
We specialise in the design, manufacture, and installation of projects within a number of industrial sectors, including industrial pipework, gantries and platforms, walkways and mezzanine floors, staircases and ladders, kerbing and flooring, and conveyor systems. We also provide architectural metalwork, including balustrades, staircases and handrails, wrought iron gates and railings, and balconies.
In addition, our comprehensive workshop capabilities allow us to operate in a very competitive engineering sector, from prototypes to large batch quantities. We offer laser cutting, CNC cutting and folding, CNC punching, MIG and TIG welding, and sheet and box section rolling. We also specialise in the design, manufacture, and installation of ventilation and extraction systems for the catering industry, including custom-made extraction canopies, replacement air systems, ductwork and fans, tables and shelving, stainless steel cladding, and gas interlock systems.
Our construction services include structural steel, staircases, gantries, lifting jibs, bridge work, and steel erection. We are competent in all aspects of fabricated steelwork and structures, and have worked on a number of large construction projects around the Yorkshire area.
