Service Quality and Accuracy Issues
Several reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the service provided by the translation company. Anastasia Erkic and Pavlo Sorokovskyi both gave the company 1-star ratings, citing errors in the translation and poor customer service. Anastasia had to wait for some time to get help and fix the errors, while Pavlo was shocked to receive a translation document that did not belong to him.
