Poor Customer Service and Faulty Goods
Xena Cobden and Simon Reilly, both, had extremely poor experiences with GMD. Xena reported bad customer service from Shaun, while Simon received faulty goods, which were not the Brett Martin screws he ordered online. Shaun refused to collect the goods, leaving Xena with no solution. Simon's complaint was not resolved, as he was sent galvanised screws with black screw caps instead of the correct ones.

Motherwitch was left waiting for a call from a representative and was met with false claims about a missed call. Danny Phantom's order was cancelled before despatch, but the company proceeded to dispatch the goods anyway.
