Problems with Hair Colouring
Elite Design and Cut has faced criticism for issues with hair colouring, with one customer, Jasmine Petworth, experiencing a catastrophic failure of her highlights, which turned green, and requiring her to cut off a substantial amount of damaged hair. Despite returning to the salon and seeking a refund, Petworth was only offered 50% of the cost of the original treatment.
Excellent Service, However
On the other hand, several customers have had positive experiences with the salon. Carole Leary praised her stylist Zoe for creating a great new hairstyle, while Michael Stubbs commended the salon's attention to detail and excellent customer service. Helen Chapman and Julie Woolley expressed their satisfaction with their hair treatments, citing Zoe and the salon's staff as being excellent. Stephanie Armstrong and Tempeste Bridger also praised the salon's service, with Armstrong singling out the owner, Tracy, for her kindness and care.
Mixed Review
Holly Doherty's review was more mixed. While she liked the salon's atmosphere and the stylist, she was unhappy with the highlights and toning treatment, which failed to address her concerns when she sought a refund.
